Returns & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If any item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of purchase in an unused, resalable condition, with the original tags and packaging together with the original sales receipt to receive a replacement or refund*. Unfortunately for reasons of health and safety, earpieces, masks, skeletal upgrades and stab/ballistic vests can not be returned unless they are faulty. Any Special Order or Made to Measure items will not normally be accepted for return unless the manufacturer agrees the return, if this agreed there maybe a restocking charge, which will be a % of the value of the product, each of these returns will be agreed on an individual basis. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please contact by phone on 01202 532465 or email info@head2toeworkwear.co.uk us before goods are sent to obtain a returns number. This number will need to be written on the sales receipt enclosed with the returned goods.

* Please note that items returned that do not meet the criteria for refunds and exchanges will be actioned at our discretion and will be subject to a 50% handling charge. Refunds or exchanges will be actioned within 7 days of receipt, we will credit your original method of payment, excluding postage & packing and handling charges if appropriate.
We strongly advise that returned packages valued over £50.00 should be insured, with the sender’s name and address clearly marked. Consider sending items of lesser value by Recorded Delivery. It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that any goods returned arrive safely as Head2Toe cannot be held responsible for returned goods that get lost in the post.
